Whoever designed this apartment is not actually wise.
Or, they have no idea what they’re doing in the living room.
Either way, their oversight is seriously affecting our air quality, air temperature, energy bills, and sanity. you see, I live in a apartment with a couple of other people and my pal and I are all healthy eaters. This means, my pal and I care about cooking our own food at home rather than eating out whenever possible. You could say that my pal and I have a little apartment of healthy shifts, and that would be fairly accurate; Recently, however, we are getting exhausted of using the living room because of all of the trouble that it causes. Either the construction company or the Heating and Air Conditioning company that originally set up the heating and cooling system in this apartment did a actually disappointing task. The air vents are all located in locations that make no sense, so the airflow is inefficient and incohesive with thermodynamics. The thermostat is located in a odd spot all the way at one end of the house, instead of a central location where it could monitor the air temperature more evenly. Worst of all, for some reason the central Heating and Air Conditioning air handling return vent is located in the living room, just over the stove top. Normally, this is where a ventilation fan would be so you could clear smoky air out of the living room. Instead, my pal and I have an air return vent in this position so our tepid and smoky air can be effectively sucked up by the air return vent and distributed evenly through the Heating and Air Conditioning system. Worst of all, it sets off the smoke detectors in every room and scares the dog to death. Thanks to this air return, our apartment is always warmer and louder than necessary, and the AC equipment is battling to keep up.
