Whoever designed this condo is not easily wise. Or, they have no idea what they are doing in the kitchen. Either way, their oversight is severely affecting our air quality, air temperature, energy bills, in addition to sanity. you see, I live in a condo with a couple of other people in addition to we are all healthy eaters. This means, we prefer cooking our own food at house rather than eating out whenever possible. You could say that we have a little condo of healthy shifts, in addition to that would be fairly accurate. Recently, but, we are getting tired of using the kitchen because of all of the trouble that it causes. Either the construction supplier or the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C supplier that originally set up the heating in addition to cooling system in this condo did a easily poor job. The air vents are all located in sites that make no sense, so the airflow is inefficient in addition to incohesive with thermodynamics. The control device is located in a strange spot all the way at one end of the house, instead of a central location where it could monitor the air temperature more evenly. Worst of all, for some reason the central Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C air handling return vent is located in the kitchen, just over the stove top. Normally, this is where a ventilation fan would be so you could clear smoky air out of the kitchen. Instead, we have an air return vent in this position so our warm in addition to smoky air can be effectively sucked up by the air return vent in addition to distributed evenly through the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C system. Worst of all, it sets off the smoke detectors in every room in addition to scares the dog to death. Thanks to this air return, our condo is constantly warmer in addition to louder than necessary, in addition to the AC device is battling to keep up.
